Otherwise, how would you power through those painful wipeouts, sinus enemas, and sharky waters?
It's amazingly effective! But you have to do it regularly to make it habit, and that's why today's chat is about being persistent.
Remember: If the desire isn't strong the habit won't last long - so just like surfing...make sure you're here to stay :)

I chose the fridge area because Ken and I hang out a lot in the kitchen, and it's a good reminder for when we're discussing future plans.
